By accessing and using Sportiverse ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3. User Conduct

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Sportiverse for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may:

• Create and manage sports clubs and leagues
• Organize matches and training sessions
• Track statistics and performance
• Connect with other sports enthusiasts

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
• Share inappropriate or offensive content

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Sportiverse. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

Our Content

The Sportiverse name, logo, and all related intellectual property are owned by Sportiverse. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of Sportiverse is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

GDPR Compliance

For users in the European Union, we comply with GDPR requirements including:

• Right to access your data
• Right to correct inaccurate data
• Right to delete your data
• Right to data portability
• Right to object to data processing

6. Club and League Management

As a club or league administrator, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring accurate match results and statistics
• Managing member permissions appropriately
• Maintaining fair play and sportsmanship
• Resolving disputes within your organization

7. Limitation of Liability

Sportiverse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Service interruptions or errors
• Actions of other users

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.
